Advise concerned parties with the new changes in terms of grades and Competencies.8. Review proposed new/updated On-Job-Training Plan in coordination with concerned Departments to ensure consistency with relevant Job Descriptions.9. Develop, update and maintain HCM matrices (Career Path, Career Enrichment, Access Right …etc.) on a regular basis.10. Conduct task analysis (per position) to contribute in manpower planning, supply and demand forecast and Job Descriptions enhancement recommendations.11. Review and develop corporate policies based on business needs in line with international standards and best practices and ensure consistency.12. Conduct constant research to be in line with new trends, international standards and best practices in order to contribute to the development of HCM Planning programs and initiatives such as Employee Retention Programs, Compensation & Benefits System ….etc. 13.
