I work closely with relevant product owners to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint. Our team supports all of Victoria and Tasmania. Furthermore, I was also responsible for leading the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the TBS Talent Acquisition team nationally. We have been highly successful having received outstanding feedback from the business and recognition across the national Talent Acquisition Function - Forecasting induction requirements and communicating with the Learning and Development team - PageUp Champion: PageUp is the recruitment system we use and I am part of a national team that is responsible for keeping up to date with changes and enhancements to the system and then educating our colleagues on these changes.
