  PEO SUBS PMS4012 (Acoustic Systems): Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for Acoustic Rapid COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) Insertion (A-RCI) Contract with Lockheed Martin*Led several 10-25 member multidisciplinary teams who planned and prepared:-acquisition milestone documentation (Acquisition Strategy, Statement of Work, Source Selection Plan, Deliverables Descriptions, RFP requirements mapping, etc)-senior-level NAVSEA and Pentagon presentations, and -request for proposal packages for >$1B competitive solicitations and $900M sole-source solicitations. *Led the proposals' technical evaluation teams through the source selection process and generated the source selection technical reports. *Participated in management-level source selection process (for competitive contracts only).*Assisted contract specialist during contract definitization and award. *Successfully managed several of these $800M-$2B CPAF/CPIF (Cost Plus Award Fee/Cost Plus Incentive Fee) contracts for submarine sonar software, hardware, test equipment, installation support, and engineering services (development and integration activities).   Managed our international manufacturing outsourcing, our global 3PL selection and setup, then led Ops team and cross-functional efforts to launch our biggest NPI projects (2 new printers and multiple accessories) while navigating a global pandemic and challenging supply chain environment. Managed entire Marketing department budget, worked with Legal for all MarStack contract activities, project managed Carbon’s first leadership/user conference (canceled due to COVID), produced content creation activities with adidas, and ultimately lead cross-team and cross-functional project to redesign corporate website from the ground up (front-end and back-end using Pantheon and WordPress). Experience with Pardot, Google Ads, and Salesforce. Managed the selection, conversion, and launch of a new training platform. Worked cross-functionally to develop content for each new product launch (as well continuous updates) and coordinated launch day activities for all new hardware, software, and resins. Developed and maintained all training and reference content for internal and customer use via html portal.
