      Managed our international manufacturing outsourcing, our global 3PL selection and setup, then led Ops team and cross-functional efforts to launch our biggest NPI projects (2 new printers and multiple accessories) while navigating a global pandemic and challenging supply chain environment. Managed entire Marketing department budget, worked with Legal for all MarStack contract activities, project managed Carbon’s first leadership/user conference (canceled due to COVID), produced content creation activities with adidas, and ultimately lead cross-team and cross-functional project to redesign corporate website from the ground up (front-end and back-end using Pantheon and WordPress). Experience with Pardot, Google Ads, and Salesforce. Managed the selection, conversion, and launch of a new training platform. Worked cross-functionally to develop content for each new product launch (as well continuous updates) and coordinated launch day activities for all new hardware, software, and resins. Developed and maintained all training and reference content for internal and customer use via html portal.
