  Partner with ULI District Councils Team to ensure the Americas DEI Strategic goals are being implemented across the Americas District Council Network. Responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with local and national affinity organizations to increase membership diversity and awareness. Facilitate ULI Americas diversity exchange webinars across DEI member champions and staff quarterly, sharing local programs and knowledge across each region. Manage the National Pathways to Inclusion cohort initiative for all Fall and Spring meeting classes. Execute additional DEI programming at bi-annual meetings including listening forums, DEI & WLI leadership exchanges, and the LGBTQIA+ reception. Cross collaborated with integrated marketing team to create a concept for for cultural heritage month concepts, highlighting member profiles at both the district council and national level. Show less
