  Working within the design office of National Design Consultancy (NDC) who had full design responsibility for M&E improvement schemes for various Royal Mail Properties across the south east. NDC, although part of ROMEC, also undertook a number of M&E consultancy projects outside of Royal Mail.Achievements include:Measured surveys of a number of Royal Mail sorting offices, which were then drawn on to CAD for use as backgrounds, (xref’s) for M&E LayoutsMeasured surveys of several domestic and office spaces, subsequently converted to CADMeasured survey of significant parts of the Ipswich hospital estate subsequently converted to CAD. Following initial survey works, my performance resulted in a 2 month secondment on site at the request of incumbent FM maintenance teamWorking with Mechanical and Electrical engineers I was responsible for converting sketch designs into M&E Installation drawings using AutoCAD software.
