Responsible for the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Minneapolis marketplaces. Became the the top General Manager at 125% of targets in the first 5 months of the fiscal year, with customer commitments that ranked the region at 146% of YTD target at the end of October '01. Altura partnered with Avaya to create a unique network API that allowed customers to migrate from the F9600's to Avaya's IP technology in stages as opposed to complete replacement of entire switches to get into the newer technologies cost effectively.
