  Nest is the largest pension scheme in the UK by membership (over 11 million savers). Responsible Investment is core to how Nest invests on behalf of our members. In my role I led on Nest's stewardship approach and helped to further develop and implement our RI strategy. I had a particular focus on leading Nest's engagement activities in relation to human capital, sustainable supply chains and business resilience.

  I co-chaired this group alongside Diandra Soobiah (Nest) and Marte Borhaug (Morgan Stanley). The 30% Club Investor Group is made up of asset owners and asset managers who believe that the companies they invest in are more likely to achieve better outcomes if their leadership reflects truly cognitive diversity. This includes appropriate gender and ethnic representation. The Group's activities include knowledge sharing, advocacy for best practice, corporate engagement and research.
