  My responsibilities included building up a team, initially of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Construction teams to perform the works for construction of three new Substations, and extension of an existing substation, in addition to completing the works on two substations, which were not completed by the original contractor, in the Western Operating Area of Saudi Arabia, with an overall value in excess of 100 Million USD.The responsibility included managing and overlooking all four projects, managed by 3 project managers, and complete site teams, including Electrical, Civil and Electro-mechanical teams. My responsibilities also included coordination with vendors for quotes, purchase orders, designs, and clarifications, in addition to interfacing with the client, and working out challenges faced during the implementation of the projects. Show less Nour OSP was an established Fiber optic Networks contractor, a pioneer in the introduction of new techniques for the construction of Urban and rural Fiber optic Networks.In 2010, the company was awarded a contract for the implementation of approximately 2,000 km of Fiber optic Networks in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.As I had prior knowledge of Nour OSP works, I was appointed as Commercial Manager, working in close coordination with the General Manager, responsible for overseeing compliance with contractual obligations, towards the client, preparing reports, seeking approvals of material submittals, preparing and following up invoices, and documentation of meeting project milestones. My responsibilities also included sourcing material, coordinating for procurement, in addition to finalizing agreements with prospect subcontractors.In addition to the project above, responsibilities included preparation of offers, and responding to bids for related works,, which was crowned by successfully concluding additional projects,, totaling in the range of 40 Million USD.In the course of implementation, I was responsible for the administrative relationship with the stakeholders, including preparation of all documentation and negotiation of claims..
