  o Responsible for all incoming parts which includes lot clearance with in the defined lead-time, timely communication to purchase/ SQM / supplier in case of complaint raise, product qualification of new part through lay out inspection process and block stock management. o Provide technical support to Integrated Supply Chain - Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality Management on meeting the drawing requirement and maximize customer satisfaction. o Coordinate with SQM and Purchase to quickly resolve supplier quality defects on meeting customer requirements. o Holding key position for product qualification of incoming and in-house processed parts which includes Lay out inspection, functional testing in line with product spec and approval process. o Involving with SQM for supplier assessment audits, review corrective action proposals and provide technical support for nonconforming material, working with the supply base to improve overall business performance. o Provide training to internal departments on quality principles and practices. In conjunction with the Supplier QA team and with respect to new products. o Participate in regular management reviews of supplier quality to communicate supplier status & ensure company goals are met. o Responsible for buy and resale parts from other Molex entities on lot clearance, complaint handling in coordination with supplying entity and customer until the issue resolves. o Customer returns handling which includes complaint analysis, rework processes and complete documents as well part disposal processes. o Block stock management for suspected materials and NC parts which includes validation of complaint and blocking / unblocking on time as well follow up with purchase for closure with defined lead time. o Holding the responsibility of training the new inspectors on basic QA requirements with the defined training structure and plan.  Working in SAP Show less
