I implemented innovative recruitment campaigns that ensured a high calibre of recruits and maintained operational readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving this without any COVID-19 cases. This accomplishment earned me the Best Recruiting Unit Trophy from the Adjutant General of the Bangladesh Army for three consecutive years. Additionally, I was honoured with the National Integrity Strategy (NIS) Prize for 2022-2023. My responsibilities included managing the Recruitment Management Software (RMS), coordinating with Army Headquarters (AHQ), and overseeing recruitment efforts across all nine Recruiting Units.
