  Assistant of the USAB-BIO microorganism collection

  Responsible for the collection of microorganisms of the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad de La Sabana. I collaborated with the Alexander Von Humboldt Institute in writing the protocols needed for the update of the collection. My daily tasks consisted of checking the viability and purity of the microorganisms, as well as performing the cryopreservation and storage procedure for later use by researchers at the institution. I was responsible for the ultra-freezer and liquid nitrogen tank needed to store the collection, a responsibility that allowed me to contribute to various research projects at the University. During the development of the project, I distinguished myself by my quick learning, commitment and responsibility to each of my tasks. Show less
