       Created indicators reference sheets and other tools, templates, and guidance pertaining to M&E that will help with quality monitoring and results reporting. Prepared and drafted data analysis, narrative text, and visualizations, as well as draft findings, for reporting to donors.  Ensured the verification, recording, processing, and analysis of the data collected by the field teams and the surveyors during post distribution monitoring, baseline and end line assessments. Record and compile pertinent internal and external data that is readily available, perform data quality control and verification. Ensured the development of tools and forms to produce harmonized sources of verification are validated, available, properly used and archived, both physically and electronically.  Participated in the need assessments, baseline, and end line surveys particularly field data collection using mobile data collection methods training and supervising enumerators, data entry and analysis.  Created and put in to use databases in connection with the collection tools and ensured that the data/statistics collected from the various departments are complete and reliable, before compiling them.  Created an M&E framework, plans, and tools for the project as well as organized an M&E validation workshop for all employees. GBV and Protection cluster focal point in the organization and ensures the collection, verification, compilation, analysis, and dissemination of data on the 5W tool (Protection cluster and GBV subcluster).  Submitted accurate and timely reports of all field level activities to achieve the project targets as well as submit weekly and monthly activity plans, and analysis.
