      Managing multiple social media accounts and strategy for recruitment communications agency ThirtyThree, my responsibilities included: conducting online community audits and landscape mapping, content strategy and seeding, community management and engagement, creating and managing social campaigns, providing social media training for clients, and delivering on set KPIs. My main project at ThirtyThree was the creation, execution and launch of a social media strategy for AXA's global recruitment channels, named Discover AXA. The campaign was a huge success, winning:• Best Graduate Campaign at the 2016 RAD Awards• Best Recruitment Website, App or Campaign at the 2015 DADI Awards • Best Use of Social Media at the 2015 CIPD Recruitment Marketing AwardsI also oversaw the work of the Social Media Executive, providing ongoing training and helping to manage the day-to-day duties of all accounts.Clients included: AXA Global, AXA UK, National Trust, LV=, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, Met Office and Admiral Unlimited.
