  - Leads shift team in executing daily operations of sustaining the manufacturing environment including, ensuring equipment uptime and availability, NPI setup and execution, responding to production holds and OOC conditions, as well as troubleshooting wafer process issues, measurement issues and any equipment malfunctions that arise during production.- Regularly collaborating with engineers and technicians from all process areas of the factory to review inline and setup SPC, tool-to-tool matching, and to perform gage R&R studies to assess metrology fleet capability and health. Continuously developing and updating documentation for operation, qualification and responding to OOC events as well as performing FMEA studies to assess risk for metrology systems and application work.- Scope of 300mm metrology equipment responsible for includes: AMAT & Hitachi CDSEMs, Veeco AFMs, KLA image based overlay, ASML diffraction based overlay, NOVA & KLA scatterometry, KLA & Rudolph ellipsometry, Revera XPS, KLA profilometry, and KLA & CAPRES sheet resistance tools. Regularly creating, optimizing and troubleshooting these recipes on these systems for inline measurements of overlay, CD, step height and film to ensure accurate process feedback and control for various technology nodes. - Serves as an NPI leader to ensure setup and execution of new products in the line and their transition to high volume manufacturing, as well as leading continuous improvement to NPI deployment by tracking and evaluating relevant KPIs. Successfully leads and executes projects for NPI improvements in a timely manner using systematic approaches, and updates documentation of best known methods based on the results. Contributions from these projects, along with efforts to align execution strategies with other integration and NPI engineers have resulted in yielding 14nm prototypes, delivered at best-in-class speeds.
