Show less In July of 2016, I was promoted in place to a Program Manager. The programs that I focused on include:Program manager for several workstreams under the Thomson Reuters Change program, including modernization of our Global Content Processing system.Other efforts include assisting the Global Content Vendor team to set strategic direction. I also represented this team as the "product owner" during a buildout of a new Vendor Normalization system within TRs new cloud-based Global Content System (GCS).I was the Program Manager for the TR Privacy Program. The goal of this effort is to develop a scalable and sustainable framework for effective privacy compliance and risk management through which we implement emerging and emerged privacy laws.I was the Program Manager for the Global Content Operations (GCO) transformation initiative. This had me working with the Heads of the GCO and Global Operations Strategy (GOS) organizations as they restructure post the sale of F&R to Blackstone. This effort includes managing the effort to achieve a 2019 expense savings of $10.5M. This efforts will continued into 2020.Prior to that, I worked was the Program Manager for the release of the new Legal Enterprise Web Platform. This Platform was released on schedule in spite of the many challenges it faced.Was part of a team that successfully drove the separation of our Financial and Risk business (eventually named Refinitiv). Led the Corporate Legal, Corporate Tax, and TR Global Resources (TRGR) areas successfully thru their efforts to separate.Was the the Program Manager that led the successful launch of a major Digital Marketing platform redesign.
