buildings and access roads • Ensure timely repairs/replacement of all bad office appliances • Ensure the completion and documentation of maintenance work orders • Monitor and coordinates maintenance and repairs of all building electrical facilities and systems, cooling systems (cold and freezer rooms) and plumbing systems • Receives and reviews periodic reports on facilities management • Ensure implementation of the coding/tagging system for all company assets in liaison with finance department • Ensure that records of all fixed and movable equipment are updated and accurate in liaison with
