      Joined the Second Life community in 2005 during the NMC Symposium on Educational Games at the encouragement of Dr. Larry Johnson, CEO. Teaching CTU classes in Second Life - 52 classes taught using Second Life and OpenSimulator as both a center for activity-based learning and project development as well as a platform for meetings, concept visualization and idea generation from 2006-present.Using human barometer studies (thanks to the Global Kids' presentation at the NMC Symposium on Digital Media in October 2006), trivia games, gamification and simulations via our custom holodeck during our classes.
