At this stage, my daily contact with the client, a supplier of inputs for project development, involved process analysis, system and business process modeling, validations, and on-site visits to understand the client’s business, as well as the development and validation of deliverables. I studied hard, passed the test, and was promoted. The beginning was very different from what I had learned in university, making the challenge even greater. However, it didn’t take long before I started to understand the processes and coding. I moved from merely fixing issues to developing new processes. With this, and after my mentor transferred to a new area, I was directed to the new project he was developing within our team. This project put me in direct contact with stakeholders and led to my promotion to the next experience level. The initial challenge was significant due to limited business knowledge, but within a few months, I gained the expertise needed not only to provide support but also to suggest solutions, map processes, and better assist our clients. Additionally, I work on the service that manages secrets for the applications running on this platform.
