  • Exchange 2000 Migration: - Led the upgrade of our messaging platform from Microsoft Exchange 2000 to Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server. The project was an enterprise migration and in-place upgrade, where necessary, of Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange 2003 Server. • Windows 2000 Upgrade: - The project was an enterprise migration of Windows 2000 Advance Server to Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition. All Windows base servers were migrated from windows 2000 to Windows 2003 and all FSMO roles properly transferred. I was actively involved in the supervision of the Migration exercise and spearheaded the upgrade of server’s in the company.• IT Policy Formulation: - Led the formulation of several IT policies and procedures governing several activities and operations in Information technology department. Some of them include IT security policy, IT policy formulation, IT infrastructure procurement policy, E-mail and Internet Policy, Backup and Restore policy, Access Control Policy etc. • Documentation of Active Directory and Network Structure: - Led the documentation of the Active Directory in place for ease of maintenance and the Network Structure in the organization. • Implementation of Microsoft Exchange Clustering: - Our messaging application, Microsoft Exchange was clustered for high availability and to ensure a more secure messaging environment within the organization.
