      Activities and Societies: AME After a semester off from UBC, I decided to find out what I really wanted to do. Academics was a stretch for me, but I felt I needed to continue my education somehow. I always had an interest in aeronautics and after some counselling, decided to pursue the "trades" side of aeronautics. Great program and I finally understood what it meant to be a student.
