FRP Tanks Fabrication- As the HOD of FRP division, no. of tanks fabricated and designed by Max : 400 units.Standard for design: ASME RTP-1, ASME Section X, Roark's Formula, SMACNA2. WWTPs Involvement- Max had involved in designing tanks for WWTPs such as frp clarifier, frp equalization tank, frp pH adjustment tank, frp chemical reaction tank and frp sludge thickener tank. Furthermore, Max had planned and designed all the pipe orientation, platform and also the pump skids. Max had involved all along from the early design and procurement stage until the on site installation completed. 3. Digitized M&E Services Plans for Menara Tan & Tan - As a project owner, completed 229 M&E autocad drawings and submitted on time along with my team.Experiences to be shared:1. Head of department (HOD) for the fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) division.2. Involved in designing all the fiber reinforced plastic products such as FRP tanks, pipes and steel structures by using 3D autocad modeling, 3D plant, Inventor (Nastran) and Navisworks. 3. Involved in monitoring the fabrication of FRP products through various methods of QC such as leak test, acetone test, dimensional test, hardness test, holiday spark test etc.4. Involved in preparing all QC documents such as MDR, Inspection Reports etc.5. Involved in transportation of various kind of our products with the most appropriate transport vehicles.6. Understood the load charts for mobile cranes.7. Specialized with the fabrication process of FRP products and materials to fabricate them.8. Involved in procurement of all the FRP materials. Show less
