      Managed the operations portion of a 5+million dollar branch for a Fortune 500 national company by coordinating turf and ornamental tree care services to residential and commercial customers. -Responsibilities included weekly revenue forecasting and plan to achieve those goals. -Duties included federal and state environmental reporting requirements (SARA Title, Pesticide Usage, etc). -Responsible for inventory management and logistics planning to ensure proper JIT delivery of turf and tree care products. -As Branch Arborist oversaw the operations of the Plant Health Services. -Quality control of delivery of services by employees on the properties of our customers. -Duties included recruitment, interviewing and selection for Operations portion of business. -Led branch wide employee training programs for all aspects of business.
