Leading and managing a team of 18 members of staff (military and civilian). Responsible for generating and deploying teams of investigators to any global location, including conflict zones. The role covered justifying and accounting all budgets for training purposes (in excess of £2 million). The lead manager for 34 members of staff for their professional output; including their welfare, training and administration. In an isolated foreign nation, leading a team of 8 staff who are responsible for all policing and criminal investigation matters; and security management and serious incident control of British facilities.
