  This program offers four rotations over the course of a year to expose participants to a variety of areas and functions within First Western Trust, while also gaining an understanding of the company's framework and business culture. Rotations Include:Marketing: June 17, 2019 - October 15, 2019- Work in HubSpot to create internal and external emails for events, webinars, and announcements. My day-to-day included updating pro formas and market analysis as deal terms were given and known. I supported the Land Development team in assuring they had the proper documents and information to create their budgets.   Day Trader

  I started Day Trading just months before the market hit an all time high. The year following, I spent every day learning how to trade better and manage risks through a wild and volatile market. I created multiple Excel sheets tracking various strategies to better learn how to trade certain strategies. I've traded alongside a few online groups where we share trade ideas, strategies, knowledge, and analysis. As my understanding of the markets increased, I found myself answering more and more questions to the point of being known as "Google" in two groups. This was in part due to my ability to easily lay out complex definitions in a way new learners could understand. I also have self created data sheets dating back hundreds of trades over a year and a half to help people understand how some of the experienced traders manage their trades. While trading, I took the time to improve and learn new skills. Some of these applied to trading, such as learning new strategies and back testing. I also learned tangential skills, such as Data Analysis and SQL (currently in progress). I intend to relearn Python soon, a skill I learned in college in a computer science class. Show less

As part of this, I owned the due diligence checklist leading into early rate lock and closing. I did the initial screening of Property Managers, General Contractors, and Banks. I also managed many of the incoming documents and updated our files accordingly, including any rent rolls and financials for the property, following up with updates and breakdowns to the CIO to keep him informed and discuss any unusual information.As number two of a three person company with a few months more experience than the third, I helped train the other analyst, getting them up to speed on our processes, and keeping them involved and learning when the CIO is busy.
