       To liaise and communicate closely with customer, sales, supplier and coordinate with the internal and external parties to ensure jobs done according to the given time line To attend customer request and complaint and ensure timely reply to the request To prepare Dispatch Instruction (DI) at DI system for the shipment arrangement To keep and maintenance of the Movex/M3 System as per customer and company's requirements.
