  Prowealth Investments is a property agency specifically focusing on selling properties built by developers such as house and land, off the plan purchases aimed at investors in growth research growth pockets to allow the investor to use property as the vehicle to create their wealth through property investing. At Prowealth I had many responsibilities such as; financial controller, accounts payable and receiveable, HR and payroll and staff matters. I also completed trust account management receipting and holding sales deposits and coordinating with solicitors or conveyances and also finance companies. I inspected properties whilst under construction, to the final building stages, and handover of the property with the purchases, following a pre-settlement and defect inspection. I then assisted investors to source and secure property managers, as this has been my trained field for many year prior. Show less

  I opened Property Management HQ on the Central Coast NSW in 2009, and concentrated predominantly in and around East Maitland (Hunter Valley), then and opened an interstate office in 2014. Property Management HQ now operates only on the Central Coast, and is currently being re-branded to a new and vibrant brand, called "The Leasing Network".

  This year, I celebrates 27 years of experience in Real Estate Property Management. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and opened my own Independent Exclusive Property Management Only Agency in 2009, called Property Management HQ, which has re-branded to The Leasing Network in 2018.I have an excellent reputation as a firm but favourable Property Investment Manager with both investors and tenants alike. During my career, I have received national awards and recognition for her expertise and knowledge in the industry.I have a vast understanding of Property Purchases & Sales, given that I am investor too, I do clearly understands investors needs and shares the same views as a Property Investor, by knowing what they want and delivering that to them.I was a Conference Speaker at the Leading Property Managers of Australia Conference in 2014, and also an Expert Panel Speaker at PPM Group Conference in 2017 & 2019, a Panel Speaker at Inspired Growth Training Conference in 2019. I have also contributed to the industry over the years via Elite Agent Magazine and Residential Property Manager Online. The Leasing Network were the 2018 WINNERS of "NSW Property Management Company of the Year" at the RETG (Real Estate Training Group) Awards in Sydney in February 2018. Property Management HQ were the 2017 WINNERS of "Excellence in Customer Service" at Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) Conference in May 2017, they were also LPMA finalists for Excellence in Corporate Support in 2014, 2016, & 2017, & Excellence in Leasing in 2014 & 2016. Outside of work hours, I enjoy spending time with her husband and 2 sons, & love dining at a good restaurant with great food and great company. Show less
