  - Participated in the QRMP yearly audits and assisted in the development of procedures and corrective actions. - Responsible for the creating and evidence of the logistics process map, risk analysis cards and KPIs according to standard IATF 16949. - Experience with the domestic, foreign sea or air freight transports and customs processes. - Receiving and processing the customer's requirements. Communication with the customers and carriers on daily basis. Using the company and customer´s portals (transports X documents EDI X ASN). - Creating packaging instruction and proposals according to customer´s specifications. - Evidence and ordering incoming material from the Czech parent company. - Leading inventory control to ensure accurate reporting of inventory. - FIFO (first in first out) and layout compliance throughout the production and warehouse.- Ensuring conformity health and safety compliance during the work. - Inspecting of all incoming and outgoing trucks, using established shipping and receiving procedures. - Preparing the parts for the loading according to customer´s requirements (using forklift).- Manipulation and stacking in the production and warehouse.- Supply and write-off of the material from the warehouse.- Production planning according to customer´s requirements. - Monitoring the fulfillment of the production plan and inventory. - Evidence of the OEE, performance, machine shutdown, scrap.- Quality control of the produced parts. Using checking fixtures. - Basic ABB robot maintanance as a tipchange, error messages (weld errors, NOK water flow, auto/general/emergency stop). - Monitoring and leading a group of 45 employees.- Creation of monthly financial statements of the issued and received invoices = provide an overview to external accountants.- Issuing invoices = using a supply contract with the valid payment/invoicing terms and conditions.- Records of overdue invoices = communication with the customers regarding the late payments. Show less - Producing metal parts (brackets, frames, washers, holders, segments).- Working with the presses, robots (automatic spot resistent welding), washer, dryer.- Inserting the metal segments inside the welding fixtures or presses, manual grinding sharp areas, washing and packing the parts.- Filling out the records according to working instructions. - Maintenance of the machines. (Checking the level of oil in the presses, washing bath).- Inspected the quality of the produced parts for a burrs, deformations, embossments. Show less
