  - Contributions to OAI gNB : O-RAN fronthaul for FR2, testing interoperability of OAI DU with commercial RUs, adding support of 3GPP Rel17 RedCap devices, implementation of C-DRX with dynamic control via E2 interface- Managing and leading projects tasks and Work Packages (WPs)- Ensuring 5G platform readiness for vertical experiments including stability testing (RAN and Core) with COTS UEs, KPIs monitoring and features availability. - Publishing papers in international journals and conferences- Contributions to OAI gNB: Dynamic TDD with dynamic control via O-RAN E2 interface, bug fixes in OAI gNB to use it in Vertical Experiments (5G-Drones EU-project).- Contributions to OAI 5G Core: design and implementation of an open-source 3GPP-complient NWDAF, implementation of Event Exposure APIs in AMF/SMF.
