  Neil set up and managed the Ring-Fencing Program at SAPN. This program involved the separation of the regulated and contestable businesses, with full legal, accounting, and functional separation. The program was made up of 10 separate work streams (projects) under a single governance structure, each with their own scope, budget, risks, and schedule. This program impacted the entire business, and required careful management of all program and project aspects.
