I produced strategic advice on matters of public policy, stakeholder relationships, risk and issues management, and legislative committees.● Advised on policy program criteria and funding for over $6 billion in funds, including the $1 billion COVID Stream, $240 million Green Stream 2, annual $200 million Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund, and various Broadband programs such as Ontario Connects, SWIFT, EORN.● Led research and advice on public policy, such as Public-Private-Partnerships (P3s) and Alliance contracting, agency review for Infrastructure Ontario, water infrastructure, procurement policies (municipal bundling, low-carbon solutions), Infrastructure matters related to Auditor General of Ontario, and Transit-Oriented Communities.● Managed and developed stakeholder relationships with a range of organizations, including Ontario Chambers of Commerce, TSX-listed companies, Association of Municipalities of Ontario, and Ontario Real Estate Association, and analyzed and advised on their policy proposals.● Led and advised the legislative committee "Economic Impact of COVID-19 on Infrastructure", and advised on the Building Broadband Faster Act, 2021.
