  I was part of the University's Welcome Team in 2016, which involved attending training, being the first port of call for new students arriving at their accommodation; assisting them with finding relevant services and helping them to move in. I also carried out checks of the accommodation later in the term to catch up with new students and identify any students who were having issues settling in. During these visits I helped the students complete shared living agreements, which involved facilitating a discussion between them. Show less
