      As an Academic Excellence Workshop (AEW) Facilitator, I conduct weekly classes for a small group of engineering students. Workshop sessions provide additional help in many challenging engineering and mathematics courses. I have previously facilitated Calculus I, and this coming semester I will be leading Differential Equations and Matrix Algebra. This position has enhanced my interpersonal communication skills, as well as my leadership qualities.
