  This position as a Head of the Event Curation department of Mathematrix'22 , the Mathematical Event Organised by the Mathematics Association of Podar hosted by R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics and RUSA 2.0 gave me the chance to organise and work in coordination with 10 events each for schools and college under my spectrum of responsibility. Me along with my co HOD were responsible for all these events from their execution to their detailing, questions to be asked, their requirements ,etc. This role gave me a chance to lead a team of almost 100+ people under me with 11 Heads of Events reporting to me from time to time. The experience also helped me learn skills like problem solving, communication, resource management, team building, time management and a lot more. This role gave me the opportunity to learn about various financial insights, meet finance enthusiasts, The role also gave me the chance to create a quiz event having 2 rounds for undergraduates and postgraduates. It also gave me the experience of working with my team and understanding the requirements of a successful event.
