  I began my career in video and film production before moving on to the real estate industry where I have worked for more than twenty years providing superior customer service to Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.I have worked with some of the largest national real estate agencies and, since 2006, owned and operated my own brokerage, Cobb Real Estate. Although the business name has changed a few times, from Vivian Cobb Realty to Cobb & Reid Realty to Cobb Real Estate I have remained the same passionate realtor I have always been.   Having locally honed my talent for communication and presentation in real estate by providing classes on the subject to new agents and the public, I have now expanded my passion for public speaking by presenting as a speaker for various organizations such as Toastmasters International (earning my Distinguished Toastmaster) and Rotary Club. I also served as a speaker coach for TEDxColoradoSprings and TEDxManitouSprings. I also coach private clients. Furthering my success as an inspirational speaker, I share my personal stories and offer guidance to audiences on a national and international level. During my presentations, I impart the wisdom I gained through life experiences: first, as a struggling single mom; then, as the wife of a wealthy real estate investor, which ended in catastrophic loss for me and my family; followed by my triumph over adversity. I am a natural storyteller, weaving engaging tales from my own life into inspirational life lessons. Having leveraged these lessons for my own personal and professional success, my mission is to inspire others to find the same self-sufficiency and honest acceptance of life’s realities.
