  • Working in DAA TMC plant, a liquid phase condensation of two molecules of acetone in presence of alcoholic caustic as a catalyst. I oversee the whole plant which includes – startup, shut-downs, operations, and controls. • I hold the responsibility of my correspondent personnel to perform recording, monitoring, logging all events and parameters, and issuing work, fire safety permits, electrical lock-outs and many more throughout the time of my shift.• The TMC plant consists of high-pressure hydrogenation reactor and vacuum distillation. I look after the output and all the mentioned responsibilities above for various products.• I also worked for the produce of PAN (phthalic-anhydride) and IBB (isobutyl-benzene) plant as a field operator. • Cumene-Phenol plant was one of my major work areas in my professional career. The phenol plant consisted of two sections – reaction and distillation. Reaction section consists of oxidizer section, flasher, concentrator section, & reactor.• Distillation section consists of (vacuum distillation, steam distillation, azeotropic distillation) acetone distillation, phenol distillation, recovery distillation, acetophenone distillation. Cracker section, furnace section, various types of pumps. I am very well acquainted with startup, shut down operation and control of it. Show less
