  Operational manager who is responsible for the operation of three key Water Treatment work in York one of which supports the Grid Network and is the largest WTW in Yorkshire. Working in Service Delivery responsible and accountable for the operation of 3 medium-large multi stage Water Treatment Works, including Impounding Reservoirs and river pumping stations. Key responsibilities include:Manage, lead, coach and develop a team of Clean Water Process Engineers, Process Assistants, Trainees and Apprentices to deliver world class operational excellence in this heavily regulated Business. Maintaining high levels of performance both with regards to Water Production but also in terms of H&S Compliance of direct reports and contractors.To work with Asset Management in the delivery of medium to large capital delivery projects. Direct delivery of small to medium delivery projects.Ensure high profile risks to the Company are successfully managed and mitigated whilst ensuring operational excellence to achieve business critical performance measures for Water Production including Health, Safety, Well being, Water Quality compliance, energy and OPEX expenditure.
