      Directed process and customer experience improvement projects for high profile content collection. Created project estimates, managed project teams, established tracking/reporting, and managed $500K project budget. Directed $2M department of 20 Content Specialists and Consultants onshore, and 35 team members offshore. Statutes team managed the LexisNexis Statutes content collection. The Metadata team managed all internal customer menus, which drives customer access to online products. Directed a $3M multi-functional department of 45 Product Managers, Analysts, Engineers and Editors. Directed design, conversion and release of approximately 250 new online products each year and the collection, conversion and maintenance of over 28,000 publications, including international content. Directed teams located in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Far East. Included leadership of 50-75 team members offshore. Directed a $2.0M department of 30 Content Managers, Analysts, Engineers and Data Technicians. Directed design, development and release of approximately 150 new online products per year and the maintenance of over 7,000 publications and 10 specialized libraries that make up the News, Financial, and Reference products on LexisNexis. Directed teams both onshore and offshore.
