  My role focussed on the continuing development of education technology implementation & training across the college from P-12, including the roll-out of a learning management system to deliver courses online, curriculum development, research into innovative pedagogy, and teacher professional development.Projects included coordinating the 'online-ification' of distance education course offerings, working with key stakeholders to assess training needs, and develop professional development packages to support staff, monitor course development progress, and manage customer relationships with the school-based external student arm of the distance education offering.
