  I was responsible for strategically administering a $34 million fund to support retention and recruitment initiatives in difficult-to-recruit worksites in Alberta's North, Central and South zones. I led and facilitated three stakeholder committees comprised of union (UNA, HSAA and AUPE-ANC) and AHS members to oversee the disbursement of the funds by March 31, 2024.
