      I'm the Primary Mechanical' Hydraulic' Technical Instructor & Subject Matter Expert with 24 years of experience with Hydril, Ram Blowout Preventers, Annular Blowout Preventers, & Mux Control Pods. One of my main job roles is providing Technical Training to our Costumers & Internal Field Service personnel. The courses I teach are designed around the Subsea Mux Drilling Systems, & Surface Capital Drilling Equipment, including Inspection, Safety, & Maintenance Procedures. I also create and develop a wide verity of course & curriculums to support adult learning and leaning styles. The courses I create can span from Instructor Lead Teaching (ILT) Technical & Practical Hands-on Method Training, Web Base Training (WBT), Virtual Instructor Training (VILT) each of these training types can be designed with specific objectives and outcomes. They can also be designed around a specific peace of capital drilling equipment or maintenance & safety procedures. I also served 13 years in the Engineering department as a Eng. Technologist in my previous Hydril, job role before transitioning over to the training department.
