In his current assignments on DB work and implementations he has shown great dedication and has been delivering quality work. He has ensured that all tasks that needed immediate turnaround had been take care of no matter what hour of the day the request is received. Eagle Squard Award - Dec 2011 Digipath Team has done commendable job in delivering the tasks very much consistently ever since the transition happened. Though it was a completely new tool, technology for almost all the team members, they had shown great interest not only in learning but delivered tasks within a month's time of inception into the eHRO system. This team also has picked up the domain knowledge in a short span of time. With annual enrollment tasks, the need for quick turnaround on tasks and associate availability round the clock was required by the business team and the Digipath team had managed it all very well. All members of the team have worked many extended hours to meet the business need of the hour. Digipath team supported more than 10 clients for this annual enrollment including complex clients like Kraft, Ball, International Papers, Baxter to name a few.In spite of the dynamic updates that happened to the requirements at the last moment, the team always met the deadlines and delivered as needed by the business teams on all the worksheets, confirms and Letters. The Digipath team has also assisted the business analyst team in analyzing the issues thereby minimize the rework required on the tasks. The team had also come up with ideas on automating some of the tasks that was manually done, and Ram had developed some scripts for the team to reduce the manual work and the time it takes to complete the tasks in Citrix.The team has always been very independent on the work and they stand tall with all the appreciations that we receive from the client teams.
