      As the scientific head, my responsibilities span from ideation to the development of new cell and gene therapies. My strategic and operational responsibilities include analyzing the therapeutics landscape, innovating and publishing original research in areas of hematopoietic stem cells, MSCs, cell and gene therapies, analytical method development and validations, clinical trials, post-market surveillance, regulatory compliance, animal studies, among others.Regrow is an Indian global biotech company with GMP manufacturing facility located in Maharashtra, India with offices in India, US, and Singapore. We are dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of cell and stem cell-based products targeting degenerative and life-threatening diseases. In our decade long journey, we have crossed several milestones with many firsts:1. First to receive: Market Authorization and commercial sale license for OSSGROW® (bone cell therapy) and CARTIGROW® (cartilage cell therapy) from DCGI in 20172. First to innovate: More than 35 patents (granted and applied) across key markets3.
