      Developed an Optical Character Recognition model to extract Arabic text from images of Arabic handwriting.• Examined, preprocessed and augmented a dataset of 10000+ handwritten text images.• Trained a CRNN model and a CNN-Transformer model with CTC Loss and compared their performance using Word Error Rates (WER) and Character Error Rates (CER) metrics to choose the best single model.
