Prior to breaking ground, ZevBit users know how much profit they will make on projects.ZevBit CRM - We streamline a contractor's sales cycle into two phases. Phase one involves handling inbound leads, qualifying them, and progressing through sales statuses from new lead to job walk scheduled. Phase two manages estimate status, tracks follow-ups, shows contract views/signings, and organizes customers by project status. Future features include automated follow-ups, attachments, change order portal, and email/sms marketing campaigns.Internal Processes:Built and implemented all internal ZevBit sales and support processes from the ground up. Lead Management: Built systems to manage cold/warm leads. Created a database for 40,000+ cold leads procured over 2 weeks and designed systems to automatically pull warm leads into our CRM from lead forms and social media.Sales Cycle: Our system manages leads from the initial method of outreach, to demo scheduled, to follow ups, to selling the customer. Sorted by lead source, touches made in the sales cycle, and whether or not that customer implemented ZevBit. Reporting was built out to identify leaks in our sales process to make adjustments and continue moving forward. A scheduling system was created for software demos along with automations for the meeting reminders and post-demo follow ups via text and email.Customer Management: We built a system tracking customers from sign up, through implementation and adoption. With ZevBit’s onboarding guide we can clearly track each phase of a customer's journey during setup. This allows us to identify friction points to continue to make it as quick and easy as possible to start using ZevBit. Show less
