      Worked from home from March 2020 to Janyary 2022. The main activities have always been 100% remote. They consist on the management of a portfolio of over 800 clients by providing all banking and financial solutions they need alongside the appropriate planning and its strategic execution to overcome the individually established targets, contributing to the results of the digital bank branch. Developing and implementing staff training, whenever necessary, is also something eventually performed. Position focused in administrative and procurement processes, besides sales and targets to achieve. The main activities were managing the face-to-face customer service of individuals and companies as well as all the account, administrative and treasury services of the bank branch. Responsible for a team of employees consisting of 6 clerks, 2 cashiers, 3 security guards, 1 intern, 1 telephonist and 1 apprentice. . Back-office position for the relationship manager, which consisted on providing business support to the manager in all negotiations with his customer portfolio in all areas: loan, funding, leasing, investments, insurances, private pensions, debt collection, etc., and helping him to achieve his sales targets. It was also part of the routine to cover for the relationship manager during his absences. Entry-level position for the banking industry in Brazil. The main activities were to provide banking services to customers, such as account opening and closing, information about debts, balance and checks. There some individual targets to sell banking products such as loans, insurances, savings bonds, pension systems, credit cards and car finance. One of the achievements during this position was running the “microlending campaign” as of the best success cases in the state of Rio de Janeiro. A very fast-paced with attention to details and demand for agility position. Main activities were receiving and processing all incoming payments, receipts, deposits, wire transfers and checks and solving all Cashier related issues and doubts from clients. Assisting the Services Manager to manage the ATMs was also a weekly activity.
