  Managed all aspects of Compliance for business segment, including commercial, safety and environmental. The business was comprised of multiple facility operations as well as office based. Developed programs, risk assessment tools, risk management measures (employee training, processes, procedures, etc.) and an audit process to evaluate the progress of continuous improvement. Managed a team of approximately 30 employees from Maine to Alabama, working with private timberland owners to assist the landowners in managing their timberland ownership to meet their objectives. There was approximately 1,000,000 acres in the program with 200+ landowners. Led team of 60 employees to procure logs for 13 mills, and managed 180,000 acres of timberland.
