  As the Data Science team lead in the Print Big Data team, I leaded the evolution and revolution of our Print Big Data analytics and ML predictive models. This involved leading out the program management of all the team’s projects, mentoring members, guiding the direction of projects, and providing a vision for the future of Insights Lab projects. Additionally, as Individual Contributor, it involved delivering highly visible advance analysis and building end-to-end ETL data projects. Some of my contributions are listed:As Team Lead:• Mentored junior and senior data scientists on the direction of projects, stablishing milestones, and timelines, providing feedback, helping resolve issues and providing technical strategy in areas such as recommendation algorithms, retention models, financial lifetime models, customer behavior models and customer profiles.• Acted as Scrum Master for a team of 5 data scientists.• Leaded out a 6-month engagement with an AI Consulting firm that was tasked to accelerate our ML roadmap.• Leaded cross division, innovative projects such as Customer Lifetime Value and Targeted Marketing Algorithm Project Management Office.As Individual Contributor:• As the main Subject Matter Expert of COVID related external factor modelling, I presented several analysis using both internal analytics and external socio-economic factors to support business recovery and growth discussions.
