  My first role in teaching , I started as physics faculty , this role was purely in academics , in the very first year I achieved a selection ratio of 80 percent with placement of students in A, B+ colleges of India with two ranks under 1000 ,while teaching got offer from IT companies ( as software developer ) but I followed my passion for teaching , my initial batches was one of the best one in terms of selection ratio .

  My first entrepreneur experience , I worked with team of senior academician of the region and worked both on results and learning , team comprised of senior teachers and IITians, institute was the top choice of western U.P for jee preparation , from those students few students are leading in civil services , top managers in MNCs , in terms of growth we started with 80 students and reached to about 400 in three years only , I personally led physics and took care of marketing .
