  My major work includes- Co-create the strategy for effective implementation of the district education transformation roadmap with the block officials.Supports district collector, DDC, block development officer and their teams in planning and prioritizing interventions to meet the district education transformations roadmap objectives.Manage outcomes of own team to ensure effective implementation of tools designed to drive outcomes of the district education transformation.Synthesize insights and reports from program intervention, while working with internal teams and block officials to support program implementation and new product development.working with 18 government official (BEEO,BRP,CRP) , 187 head master for the capacity building to improve the learning outcome of 15 thousand student of the particular block.•Organised monthly meeting with 187 headmaster to create the awareness about PLC for academic discussion.•Facilitate the workshop regarding activation of school library..worked with the local youth in community awareness. And also worked with youth leadership by involving them in school learning processes.Design a session for 187 headmaster to make a daily planning and its effective implementation.Worked with the 50 college youth by involving them in school learning processes to improve the learning outcomes.and also worked for their skill enhancement.Objective:- To empower young college students with leadership skills by involving them with school and community processes and enable them to be a part of social change. esigned workshop for 18 government officials and 187 headmaster for the capability building to improve the learning outcome.Designed the curriculum for youth skill enhancement.
