  I joined the Decathlon Socks Production team on June 2019. Here are some of my responsibilities in this role:- Production planning and capacity management.- Order Management: Using SAP and Decathlon's own ERP system (prod.com) to manage orders. We recieve orders from our warehouses all around the world. My main duty is to communicate with our factories to ensure smooth supply and deliveries.- Using SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Analytics Cloud to create reports, check forecast and monitorcapacity management.- Setting and following up on S&OP agreements with worldwide warehouses. Preparing new season guidelines.- RFQ management (Done on SAP)- Monitoring KPI's: Our main KPI's are DOT(Delivery on Time) and LT(Lead Time). We take actions to ensure best results.- Stock piloting: checking our stocks to see if they are in optimal quantity ensuring availability to supply for peak seasons and optimizing on low seasons.- Using Google Data Studio to create reports and share them with our team.- Implementing new tools or ideas anyway possible to improve the supply and production operations.
